The service

Recrut is a recruitment management platform provided by Recrut LLC ("Recrut", "we", "us"). Access is granted to companies under a custom licence agreed with Recrut; there is no self-service registration.

Accounts and access

Company accounts and user seats are provisioned by Recrut. Each company is responsible for the activity of its users and for keeping login credentials confidential. Usage limits and enabled modules are defined by the company's licence.

Customer data

Each company retains ownership of the data it enters into the platform, including candidate information. The company is responsible for having a lawful basis to process candidate data and for honoring candidate rights requests.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other companies' data, or disrupt the platform.
• Do not upload unlawful content or use the platform to send unsolicited communications.
• Comply with applicable employment, privacy and data-protection laws when recruiting.
